AMENITIES
The retreat house (built in 2005) and property is rented on a limited basis for gatherings of 30 or fewer.
Full-Service Kitchen: Major appliances; coffee pots & tea kettle with condiments; serving dishes; paper products
Grand Meeting Room: 4 conference tables seating 8 participants each, with upholstered chairs; leather sofa, and additional seating
Private and Comfortable Break Out Areas: The Red Room, overlooking the deck and woods; the Master Suite sitting area; the Lower Level Breathing Space; numerous outdoor vignettes along the pathways
Teaching and Training Resources: Tabletop and free-standing lecterns; projection screen (bring your own projector; flip chart holder (bring your own pad)
Room Set-up: Numerous configuration possibilities, from a large circle of 30, to tables with chairs.

The private retreat of Starrette Farm is conveniently located just 5 minutes from the intersection of I-77 and I-40 in Statesville, NC. Because this is a private space, directions are not on the website, but will be sent via email following your registration.

RATES
Your invitation to utilize this exceptional facility is $300.00 - $500.00 per day for corporate and non-profit retreat groups. A $100.00 non-refundable deposit secures your date. Costs continue to increase, yet we have not increased our rental fee in 16 years. We are asking those that can contribute more than the $300 for this extraordinary facility/sacred grounds to contribute what they can up to $500. This will help offset the rising costs of everything.
